CREATION by Charles Findeling of a plastics injection company in Langeais, France.

Patrick Findeling becomes CEO of the company.

Stock exchange introduction of the Plastivaloire Group.

Construction and acquisition of several sites around the world: in Poland, Romania, Tunisia and France

Acquisition of 4 Key Plastics sites.
