Bourbon Bursa Otomotiv Plastik A.Ş. commenced its production activities in Kayapa Industrial Zone, Bursa in 2005.

Initially operating under the name Otosima, the company joined the Groupe Plastivaloire group in 2015 and has since grown through investments in its customer portfolio and technical infrastructure.

The company has become one of the leading players in the region in the production of high-quality plastic parts.

Operations was started under the name Otosima.
2006
Partnerships with leading companies in the automotive sector as a Tier 1 supplier.
2015
Become a part of the Groupe Plastivaloire.
2016
The assembly lines have been expanded and equipped with state-of-the-art technology.
2018
The customer portfolio expanded in the Tier 1 segment of the automotive industry.

The facility is equipped with a comprehensive range of manufacturing equipment, including 18 plastic injection machines with clamping forces ranging from 60 to 1450 tons. Additionally, the facility features robotic painting technologies, a dedicated decoration department, and both full and semi-automatic assembly machines, along with ultrasonic welding equipment.
