CARDONAPLAST is focused on customer satisfaction, adapting to the specific requirements for each project.

The team collaborate from the conception of the project, through the development of tools and molds, to complete industrialization, series production and direct deliveries to the end customer.

This can be done thanks to the high Know How and experience the team has, in the Group and locally.

For the production of the plastic injection parts, Cardonaplast has 13 Engel machines from 40 to 1500 Tons, equipped with robots, 2K bi-injection, overmolding of metal inserts, sequential and gas-assisted injection.

The parts made using blow-moulding technology are made on the 8 machines from 30 to 50Tn. Currently the parts produced have measures from 100mm in length to 1100mm.

The manufacturing processes are complemented by manual and automated assembly machines, poka-yoke controls, ultrasonic welding, hot plate, cold welding, flow pack and a mold repair workshop. A final decoration can also be applied to the pieces with screen printing, laser marking, and IML processes.
